I As an experienced HR professional, I excel in the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), and ensuring compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). My diverse responsibilities encompass payroll management, handling disciplinary procedures, conducting performance reviews, recruiting, and inducting new employees. Additionally, I coordinate company audits with the Department of Labour to maintain regulatory compliance.

I hold an LLB Degree, National Diploma in Commercial Law. I have been practicing as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa since 2012. I have extensive experience in Commerial law, Corporate law, Mining law, Law of Contract, Labour law and General Civil litigation. I am the founder and director of T.P Ngcongo incorporated Attorneys.

I hold a National Diploma in Extraction Metallurgy, National Diploma in Mining Engineering and B-Tech in Mining Engineering. I have experience in underground and open cast coal mining. I worked as a production supervisor and Production Shift Overseer for both open cast and underground mines.

I am a professional in the mining industry with a robust educational background and extensive experience across various facets of mining operations. I hold a National Diploma in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering, both from the University of Johannesburg. Currently, I am pursuing a Postgraduate Business Administration at Gordon’s Institute of Business Science, which further equips me with the strategic and managerial skills necessary for effective leadership in the mining sector.

I am a SACNASP registered Professional Scientist (Atmospheric Science) with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in Stack Emission Measurements, Ambient Air Quality and Environmental Noise Monitoring. I have successfully managed emission measurement projects to ensure compliance with AEL standards, as well as engineering design and process improvement initiatives in mining, petrochemicals, and energy generation sectors. Additionally, I conduct air quality specialist studies that are required for Environmental Authorisation. I hold a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Sciences (Wits), Bachelor of Science Honours (BSc Hons) degree in Environmental Management (UNISA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pure and Applied Chemistry (UKZN), Certificate in Environmental Law (UP). I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)degree at the School of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. I have published two peer reviewd research paper, namely; “Chemical Analysis of Soot Particles from Aircraft Engines,” published in the South African Journal for Clean Air, and “The Effect of Aircraft Engine Model and Fuel Type on Morphological Characteristics of Soot Particles,” published in the African Journal of Environmental Science and Technology.
